Change a Reservation

1. Can I Modify The Reservation online?
There is no provision for change of reservation online. However, if you want to make any changes to your reservation, feel free to contact our Customer Service Center at 08456 44 54 54 from UK and +44 20 8680 3001 from Outside UK for assistance. Reservation changes may be subject to a 25GBP admin fee. Applicable penalties noted in the cancellation policy section of your reservation may apply if your cancellation or change request is made after the cutoff date. Also any changes or cancellation made after check-in are subject to 100% penalty. It is to be noted that you cannot cancel nor receive credit for unused nights once you have checked into a hotel or check-out early. NOTE: You may need to cancel your original reservation and rebook it for the new dates. However, we advise you to first check the availability for the new desired dates to avoid any disappointment from canceling your first booking in case the new dates are not available.

Cancellation Policies

1. What is the cancellation policy? Will my credit card be charged if I do not cancel my reservation(s)?
Cancellation policies, which will vary from hotel to hotel, are implemented by hotels to avoid holding a room available for a guest who may not use it. To reserve the room, the hotel will charge a penalty (usually one night’s room charge plus tax) to the credit card provided if you do not cancel your reservation within the allotted cancellation period. Please make sure that you review the cancellation policy for your hotel carefully during the booking process. If you have any kind of queries about the cancellation policy for your particular hotel reservation, feel free to contact our Customer Care Center for assistance. However, no changes or cancellations are permitted once a confirmation number is issued for non-cancelable reservations.

2. My cancellation policy reads "Cancel 24 hours prior to arrival" and I plan on checking in at 11:00 pm. Can I cancel my reservation by 11:00 pm on the day before my arrival?
Cancellation policies are strictly related to the hotel check-in-time and not on your projected arrival time. Therefore if your hotel cancellation policy indicates a 24, 48 or 72 hour cancellation policy, you must usually cancel your reservation by 12:00 pm local time of the date in question.

Confirmation of Booking

1. What if I do not receive a confirmation at the time of booking?
Please check your email for your confirmation, if your confirmation page does not display even after completing your booking. Still if you do not receive your email confirmation within ten minutes then complete our request form Contact Us form, a duplicate copy of which will be emailed to you.

2. What if I do not receive my email confirmation?
If you do not receive an email after making a reservation, it is possible that we have the incorrect email address or your Internet Service Provider may have blocked the email. In such situation, please check the SPAM filter folder supplied by your Internet Service Provider. You are requested to complete our request form here Contact Us form. Be sure to include the following information:
1. The name the reservation was booked under
2. The hotel name and location (city)
3. The check-in/check-out dates

3. How long will it take for the hotel to have my reservation information?
Usually the time taken by a hotel will depend upon specific hotel and arrival date. However, in most of the cases the hotel should receive the confirmation within an hour from booking (except for nights and weekends when the hotel reservation department is closed). Also certain reservations are booked out of an allotment. These rooms are guaranteed: In such cases the hotel will not have your name on the reservation until approximately one week prior to arrival. In case you have booked a discounted prepaid reservation, please bring a print out copy of your voucher to the hotel as a proof that your reservation was paid in advance.

1. How to do Multiple Room Reservations and Group Bookings work?
For Multiple Room Reservations and Group Bookings, our group reservation services provide you with the convenience of booking rooms at the hotel of your choice. You can also book up to four rooms online through our hotel booking engine. If you want five or more rooms please go to Group Bookings Form to make a group booking.

Check-in/Check-out Information

1. What is the hotel check-in time?
Typically, the hotel check-in time is after 3:00 pm local hotel time.

2. Will the hotel hold my room if I am arriving late?
The hotel is obligated to hold your room until 7:00 am the day after arrival because your reservation is guaranteed with a credit card.

3. What if I need early arrival?
For early arrival request should be made in the special request section of the reservation page. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request, however it is subject to availability upon arrival at the hotel.

Room Occupancy

1. What if there will be more than two adults in the room?
If the hotel room has not exceeded the maximum number of guests per room, hotels may allow additional guests to stay in the room at a charge. However, there is a chance that the hotel may cancel your reservation or require that you book additional rooms if a room that you book cannot accommodate your party size. In such a case please note that we cannot be held responsible if you book a room that cannot accommodate your party size.

2. Our children will be traveling with us - do they stay free?
In most the countries only children under the age of three stay free. The age requirements differ depending on the specific hotels policies, which can be viewed in the hotel information. It is in the hotel's discretion whether to charge additional fees or not for extra persons staying in a room.

Kindly enter your request in the special request field of the reservation form. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request(s); however they are subject to availability upon arrival at the hotel and cannot be guaranteed.

Receipts

1. How can I obtain a receipt for my hotel room?
Your e-mail confirmation is your receipt. Please retain a copy for your records. If you need a duplicate copy, please contact our Customer Service Center and provide them with the following information:
Guest first/last name
Check-in/check-out dates
Hotel name
A copy of your reservation will be sent to you via email.
