About Amsterdam:
Amsterdam, the capital of Netherlands, is located in the south of North Holland. Amsterdam was founded in the later half of the 12th century. The local specialty that you can taste is local Dutch cheese which varies from the Cumin cheese to Old cheese.

Shopping:
The main central shopping streets of Amsterdam are lined with shops selling fashionable clothes and goods. The streets of Nieuwendijk, Kalverstraat, Heiligeweg and Leidsestraat are worth visiting in Amsterdam. You can find Chinese shops at Zeedijk or at Nieuwmarkt but is certainly not China-town.
